Delivery
Delivery Area
We offer local delivery within select areas of Texas, primarily serving the Greater Houston area. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout and may change based on location or service capacity.
Preparation
All meals are:
• Chef-crafted in small batches
• Prepared specifically for your pet
• Cooked fresh, then chilled or frozen for safety and quality
Subscriptions
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize The Pets’ Chef of Texas to automatically prepare and deliver recurring orders according to the schedule selected at checkout.
• Subscription orders renew automatically unless paused or canceled
• Changes to subscription frequency, delivery dates, or order details must be made before the next billing cycle
• Once a subscription order enters preparation, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded
Delivery
Deliveries are completed via local courier or in-house delivery.
• Same-day or next-day delivery may be available in select areas
• Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed
• A safe, shaded drop-off location is recommended
Fresh Food Handling
Because our meals are freshly prepared and perishable:
• Orders may arrive chilled or frozen
• Meals must be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon delivery
• We are not responsible for spoilage due to unattended deliveries or improper storage after delivery
