No, our food is fully cooked and ready to serve once it’s thawed. All our meals are prepared in small batches to ensure freshness and quality, so you don’t need to cook anything. Simply thaw the meals and serve them to your pet.
To ensure your pet adjusts smoothly, we recommend gradually transitioning them to our food. Start by mixing small amounts of our fresh meals with their current food, increasing the amount of our food each day until they’re fully transitioned. This helps avoid digestive upset and gives your pet time to get used to the new ingredients and flavors.
Thawing is simple! Remove a portion of food from the fridge or freezer and place it in a bowl. Let it thaw in the fridge overnight or leave it at room temperature for a couple of hours before serving. If you’re in a rush, you can warm it slightly in the microwave, but always ensure it’s not too hot before feeding.
